🏔️ What’s New in the 719

🍽️ Roth’s Sea and Steak is a new fine-dining restaurant in Colorado Springs, located along the edge of the Ford Amphitheater with stage and mountain views. The restaurant is part of VENU’s $44.5 million investment, featuring a dining hall and cocktail lounge on the north side of the campus.

General Manager Jeroen Erens emphasizes the restaurant’s commitment to local sourcing, including American Wagyu from Fort Collins. Located at 13010 Spectrum Sun View, Roth’s Sea and Steak officially opened on Nov. 8, offering an upscale, locally focused dining experience.
