🏔️ What’s New in the 719
🍺 The beloved Trinity Brewing Company in Colorado Springs will serve its final pours under that name on December 21, 2025.
After that, the location at 1466 Garden of the Gods Road will be rebranded and reopened as 105 West Brewing Company, a craft‑brewery based in Castle Rock.
The change marks the end of a 17‑year run for Trinity, which began in 2008. The new ownership plans to honor some of Trinity’s legacy, while mixing in fresh elements typical of 105 West: expect wood‑fired pizzas, smoked wings, and a reimagined food + beer menu.
☕ Black Rock Coffee Bar is opening a new location at 7672 Barnes Rd, Colorado Springs on December 15, 2025, marking its 12th Colorado store. The café will serve its full menu of specialty coffees, teas, smoothies, Fuel® energy drinks, and seasonal winter treats. To celebrate, Black Rock is offering a week of promotions including free and discounted drinks, food specials, merchandise giveaways, and loyalty rewards.
